Our 5 yard casual kilt is for those looking for something a little lighter than the traditional 8 yard kilt. Pleated to the sett and hand made to the same high standards as our 8 yard kilts with crisp, clean pleats and a good swing.

100% cotton lining for comfort when wearing
Straps allow kilt to expand by roughly 1.5" above or below stated size
Kilts with a seat size of 46"+ will be made from 6 yards of fabric
Optional flashes made from the same cloth

I highly recommend this company's products and service. I have just received my 5 yard kilt and it looks excellent! I was worried that a 5 yard kilt would not hang as well as an eight yard , how ever its perfect. I live in Australia were it gets very hot and the 5 yard will be more comfortable.
