Can I get an item urgently?

Yes. Click on the ‘Need help? Chat with us’ live chat link below to get in touch.

Can’t I phone you? Yes, but it’s quicker to use the live chat function so that we can use our phone to check stock with our warehouse.

Can I view my order in a different currency?

Yes. You can see prices in Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Australian Dollars. Hover over the flag at the top and click on your preferred currency. Your card issuer will convert your charge to Pounds because we use Sterling.

Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time. We have chosen to specialise in trading online, unlimited by location.

Do you sell wholesale or do group discounts?

Yes. We supply shops, businesses, pipe bands, schools and other groups, all at discounted prices. We are happy to discuss group discount with you. Contact us with your requirements.

Can I get a swatch of fabric?

For any of our tartans, definitely – and it comes with a free pack and instructions on measuring yourself accurately. Then we'll refund the cost when you buy.

If you want a swatch of something else, ask us and we’ll do our best. But we don’t have swatches of our ready mades, sorry.

Do budget kilts come in longer/shorter lengths?

No. To keep these kilts at the best possible price they are manufactured to one length (24 inches).

I’m between sizes, what size should I order?

It’s easy for budget kilts have side straps which extend around 3” - 4” more than the kilt size. So if you measure 37” around the navel (where you measure for a kilt, unlike for trousers) then you should order a 36” kilt rather than a 38”.

For jackets, if you like to be comfortable, probably go up a size. For 43” chest, we’d suggest ordering the 44”.

Our brogues are quite wide fitting so you should be OK with your normal shoe size. They are designed to be worn with thick kilt socks.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. Choose an international shipping option at checkout. Orders shipped outside the European Union will have the Value Added Tax removed automatically at checkout. You may be liable for import taxes/customs duty in the destination country. More information.

How much does delivery cost?

See an estimate of shipping costs by selecting an item and clicking “add to cart”. Use the “Estimate Shipping and Tax” form to “Get A Quote”.

When will my order arrive?

Your total delivery time is a combination of the item dispatch time and the shipping time. Our usual dispatch time for non engraved items is 2-3 working days, for engraved items please add 7-8 working days to this time. Some items are custom made before being dispatched - check item descriptions for details. More information.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes. Enter an alternative address at checkout. Uncheck the box “Ship to the same address".

When will my order arrive?

Your total time waiting for your order is a combination of the item dispatch time and the shipping time. Check the availability on the product page, this tells you if it’s in stock for immediate dispatch, or if not, how long it will take. More information.

What is the status of my order?

We'll update the status of your order at each step until it gets sent out to you. We'll send you an email to confirm the new status, and you can check it by logging into your account. You can get more info on what the statuses mean here.

My order has been shipped but hasn't arrived?

Could the package be too big for your letter box? For Royal Mail, please check your local delivery office. For couriers, please track it online. No tracking number? Use the “Chat with us” function at the bottom of the screen and we'll help.

How do I track my order?

You receive an email with the despatch date and name of the courier. It has a tracking reference number and a link to the courier’s website. Click on the link and enter your tracking number. Detailed information on all methods of delivery is on our delivery page.

My item is faulty

First – are you sure? Describe it to us, or send us a photo, and we can explain whether it’s a fault or a feature. But don’t worry, we’ll happily exchange or refund it anyway.
